Terms of Service (Summary)
AI for Designers is a SaaS that lets users upload images and instructions (prompts) to generate or transform interior design visuals using AI. You are responsible for what you upload and how you use the outputs. Subscriptions include credits that reset each billing cycle (no rollover). Cancellation keeps access until the end of the current period.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
AI for Designers processes account data, billing data (via Stripe), and the images/prompts you submit to provide the service. Inputs/outputs are stored until the service is discontinued (unless you request deletion). AI processing is performed via Google’s Nano Banana API.
Cookies Policy (Summary)
We only use strictly necessary cookies required for login, security, and core functionality. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Terms of services

0. Who we are
The website available at https://aifordesigners.io (the “Website”) and the services offered through it (the “Service”) are operated by:
AI for Designers
VAT: FR42978902864
Address: 119 RUE DE SAINT SYMPHORIEN, 79000 NIORT, France
Contact / single point of contact: sebastien@aifordesigners.online
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., on the Website or by email). Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Services offered
Through the Service, you may upload images or other visual files (“Input”) and provide text instructions or prompts (“Instructions”) to generate or transform visuals (“Output”). Input, Instructions, and Output are collectively “Assets”.
The Service is intended for interior design, architecture, and furniture visual workflows. Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for client work, marketing, or publication.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
2. Registration and account security
To use paid features, you must create an account (“Account”). You must be of legal age in your country to create an Account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current information
- Keep your credentials secure
- Not share your Account or use someone else’s Account
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that are fraudulent, compromised, or in breach of these Terms.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws.
Even if we do not actively monitor content, you must not use the Service to:
- Upload or generate content that is illegal
- Infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity)
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security limits
- Use automated access in a way that harms the Service or other users
Your responsibility for Assets: You are solely responsible for your Assets (Input, Instructions, Output) and how you use them.
No general monitoring: We do not actively monitor all Assets. However, we may remove or restrict content or Accounts if required by law, if we receive a complaint, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
4. AI processing and third-party providers
To provide the Service, we transmit Inputs and Instructions to Google Nano Banana API to generate Outputs. You understand that third-party providers may process data for this purpose.
We do not use your uploads to train our own AI models.
5. Subscriptions, credits, billing
5.1 Subscription plans
We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Plan details, pricing, and included credits are shown at checkout and/or on the pricing page.
5.2 Credits
Subscriptions include a certain number of “credits” each billing cycle.
Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Credits not used within the billing period expire at the end of that period.
5.3 Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes (if applicable), and any other amounts clearly presented to you at checkout.
5.4 Renewal, cancellation, and access
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal.
If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
6. Refunds
No refunds.
Exception: where refunds are required by applicable law.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal conditions.
Because the Service is digital and can be used immediately, if you request immediate access/performance you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, where permitted by law. If withdrawal applies, we may deduct an amount proportional to the Service used (e.g., used credits) up to the withdrawal date. (This mirrors the common structure used by similar SaaS terms.)
Magnific AI
How to exercise withdrawal: email us at sebastien@aifordesigners.online with an unambiguous statement.
Model withdrawal form (optional):

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of AI for Designers subscription services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
Termination does not obligate us to refund amounts already paid, except where required by law.
12. Modifications
We may change the Website or Service, including adding or removing features, or discontinuing parts of the Service.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution (France)
These Terms are governed by French law.
